  1. There is something that leaks over from the comic books that a lot of people didn't get. Steve Rodgers was the only person who ever took the super soldier serum who didn't go insane. It makes you crazy and violent. That is what happened to Walker, it happened to the old fellow, it happened to Karli, it happened to all the super soldiers from russia who zemo killed. and it would have happened to Barnes as well except Hydra kept him drugged and programed. This explains a lot but they should have made it more explicit.
