  1. It’s time now to ask this question; How will we act with people who refuse this tech? There will be people who enjoy driving a car more than the convenience of being a permanent passenger. My idea of driverless cars is an interconnected network of continuously communicating cars to prevent accidents and maximise safety. How do we account for people driving their ‘vintage’ Camry’s and Ford Falcons on the same roads? Will they be on separate roads? What about reckless drivers who street race and drag and generally hoon on the road? We rely on human intuition in those situations to detect another reckless driver on the road, intelligence is surely far away from ‘thinking’ like that, right?
