Why was the same point repeated three times and listed twice?
218
I'll take the G70 over the two, stale Germans by quite a large margin. The G70 is pure and honest. No tacky tech gimmicks, just a great driver
40
This prior gen is a better car than the new Mazda3. IRS, lighter weight, cheaper manual options, same engine and transmissions for less, and a better looking hatchback
30
I want a manual transmission in this so bad
22
Love the sound of that V8 with the active exhaust. Great video you two👍
21
Why is everyone concerned about being .2 seconds faster in an auto when you can actually enjoy and control the car through a manual? Speed is not everything and this video on furthers the obsession of 0 to 100kph times. #savethemanuals #stopbeingfatandlazy
18
That Lexus RX is terrible. The infotainment controls are dangerous
15
I find the GT3 far more enticing with that NA engine. Glorious sounds
15
$165k is monopoly money. Thats just too much money. I also don't like its crazy amount of screens and glare. Looks cold and a but gimmicky. Not luxury. The Model S I wouldn't touch because of the suspect build quality and using its owners as beta testers but I do love it's direct sales method eliminating the annoying dealership experience. Definitely two distinctive vehicles. Neither of which I could afford or want
13
Great car. There really are no compromises with the G70 and it has such terrific value. Wish more would shop it
13
Yay Sami is back! Very well done comparison guys. Personally I'd go Palisade given the interior and bespoke exterior but can understand why someone would pick the more traditional looking Telluride. So happy neither of these have a cvt. Hell I'd take a Palisade over the new XT6
12
Typical ugly GM interior that you have to pay a premium for. The pull buttons formthe transmission may be the worst execution of a bad idea
11
Great review Dan. Agree with all ypur points. I also think the excessive ride height on these trucks cut down on usability. Prices on pickups and SUVs are loony. People keep taking out huge loans on them so its hard to fault the manufacturers. People are dumb and will do seven year loans when they shouldn't
10
Will never forgive Ford for killing off the Fiesta ST only in North America

My friends Pilot had the AC stop working and the electric static issue. Happy an honest review captured some of the Pilot issues. It spent a week in the shop for them to replace three wiring modules. Problem came back even after a headunit replacement. Now the infotainment system freezes constantly and he lost the display on a road trip with his family. He is going for the lemon law. I feel bad because he specifically bought this after having issue with his Explorer and though he was getting a more reliable vehicle
9
$29k USD just to get the Mazda 3 with a manual here in the US is ridiculous. That's Golf GTI money with a standard LSD, 228hp, and way better tech. Also the GTI looks better than the hunchback on this Mazda hatch. Mazda priced the manual to kill it off and I hate that
8
Seltos really steps it up in its top trim and is the clear winner to me. Love that 1.6T engine as well. Definitely the superior vehicle in every way. Very clear that one company is trying and the other is not. What's crazy is the Corolla Cross is brand new and its already behind. Typical Toyota
8
Personally I'd have to go with the Accord or Mazda 6 over this given it lacks Android Auto and the interior is so blah. I'll give up some reliability for some soul. The Mazda 6 and Accord are more premium inside and fun to drive. Toyota will still sell a ton of Camries to old people who hve never left the Toyota sale lot in there life. Toyota owners don't cross shop, they just blindly trade in for the newer model. Toyota will do fine by this.
8
The Ram 1500 looks and drives so much better than the F150. The Ram looks a generation ahead of the F150 even though the F150 is the newest product here. No question the Ram is my choice.
7
@danilika9420 do you really thing the interior is on the same level as Toyota and it's ancient tech? I'm hoping you are just being dramatic like me. This is better than a Toyota with that quilted leather, ect. You are better than that Dan haha
7
Easily the worst segment of automobiles. Useless and slow. Kona with the 1.6L T engine is the only respectable offering. Kicks is a raised, slower Versa.
7
Great review. To me the most important thing to talk about with FCA fwd based suvs is the 9 speed automatic and it's poor programing. Then there is the pricetag which is way to high especially given there lack of build quality/ reliability
6
Way too much tech, gimmicks, and money. Happy the Genesis G70 exists for those of us who still want to drive.
6
This really is the last real BMW made today. Most likely next year it will be fwd and auto only
5
If these were my only two choices or the only thing I could buy, I'd take a bullet in the head instead
5
Honda Civic Type R is easily the ugliest car currently made. The Lamborghini Urus is also up there as well. Fully agree with this list. Dan we need some of this savageness in your car review videos
5
I really appreciate they kept the GR86 affordable unlike the new Z which even requires $10k additional just to get a lsd that is standard on the GR86. Combine value with its lightweight fun, it can't be beat. So happy a car like this exists as the Miata I can't fit in with roof up. Now if only the stearlerships would charge msrp I could actually buy one.
5
Great review. Very thorough. However this MKC is so overpriced and so much Ford inside. Cheapness exudes inside
5
please no rock music behind your voice over. Hard to hear you and the music distracts. I just want to hear your soulful voice
4
Volvo for me. BMW is a close second. Cadillac is just a miss. No idea why the newest vehicle of the groups the worst and most expensive. Typical GM
4
Sounds terrible to be honest. So expensive
4
Start /Stop on this hybrid setup is horrendous. So awful. I would have mentioned it
4
Shame it doesn't have a manual option like the M2
4
david dykeman does that have awd or an inline 5 cylinder?
4
Jeff E no my idea of a man is a guy who posts on YouTube comments about being a man
4
Parts bin GM vehicle. Nothing special or premium. MSRP on this is crazy high for what is a Traverse in every sense. I don't get the appeal at all. The Telluride and Palisade are more premium in my opinion with more luxury features
4
I love that it exists but feel the pricing is high and the touch capacitive controls are a miss. Ridgeline comes to mind for similar money and more capability while still proving a smooth, sporty ride.
4
Way too compromised. 20 to 30km of electric only? That will get me half way to work one way. Pointless.
4
Is 575 new nomenclature?
4
Great car, great review. Nice job on this Dan. My biggest gripe is the Honda Civic wheel design but otherwise a beautiful design
4
That is the real issue. Really wish we had a direct sales method from the manufacturer. I havent bought one because I cant get one at msrp. So frustrating
4
So fugly, heavy, touch capacitive everything controls, and expensive. If this is the future count me out. I want nothing to do with this
4
The manual makes the 992 so much more engaging and fun. Love that it exists. Sad the C8 got did of the manual. 992 would be my choice for that reason alone. I would get a Cayman GTS 4.0 with a manual and Sharkwerks gearing if that was an option but its the same price of a 911 after that
4
please no music. It's hard to hear you. Please

Would not ever buy a car with a cvt. The Legacy really seems half baked and needs refining school. The display is big but pointless when barely anything uses its feal estate. Poor fit and finish in a Subaru is sadly not shocking. People blindly support Subaru due to the belief that they need awd when show tires are more than enough with a rwd vehicle. The Accord is really a great package. I am a fan of the styling. I do wish Honda would have kept the clutch engagement on the manual guide like the Civic Type R and not so aloof. The manual was so lifeless I would just get the 10 speed auto sadly
3
I sadly like the prior gens much more. The turbo was way cheaper than the current Soul and looked much nicer. Prior gen also didn't have a junk cvt. I'd get a prior gen Soul and do an aftermarket head unit with Android Auto while saving $10k and having a better looking/less busy looking vehicle. Just like the Hyundai Elantra, Kia did not improve the Soul enough on its next generation
3
So many build quality/design flaws on the Bronco I would never recommend it.
3
Can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'd rather have the better looking Kicks over this. This looks so fumpy. I've never seen a reviewer so positive about a Versa before.
3
Can't hear what he's saying. Terrible
3
Love the ND v2 so much. I would take it over a S2000 personally. Just a fun car that looks so great in soft top form. The rev happy, lightweight ND is so impressive.
