Really love the looks inside and out. My mother put down a pre order on this after not listening to me on a Stinger. I'm excited for her. Genesis looks to continue with the greatness. Exterior reminds of the original Infiniti FX mixed with a Stelvio in the best kind of way

Wow mechanically what a disappointment after hearing the GV70 gets the better powertrains in the 2.5T and 3.5TT. Hell even the updated Stinger gets the new 2.5T. Apparently Genesis really wants you to buy the GV70 instead of this given its performance disadvantage.

I do like that Subaru didn't ruin the front end like Toyota did. Pretty sure Toyota doesn't even have engineers anymore, just stylists from rocket bunny

Fantastic breakdown Brian. Of all the 765LT videos I've watch, this is the only one where I felt like I was behind the wheel with how well you described each detail. Thank you

Absolutely stunning inside and out. So elegant and bespoke. My only concern is the curb weight like most Hyundai/Kia products. I would much rather have this warm interior over the German competition. I want one

Love this little car! Really wish the R spec could be had with a LSD though
5
I wish you could option a lsd on all the trims instead of needing to buy the Abarth model just for an LSD on a sports car

@MzApril1980 I'm sorry

The Aviator and Navigator get it right, this Nautilus though is still just a Ford in drag. Interior is Ford and not luxurious. The center dash is hidoues with that plastic. Miss

love the reviews but i think a base gti will have much less features than the Veloster so not nessecary an apples to apples. perfomanve wise though i agree the gti engine is better. but if you prefer tech, veloster will walk on a base gti.
2
+Brian Makse I guess i meant the veloster comes with leather unlike the base gti, heated seats, bigger display, and to me a much more complete package than a base gti.

Such an amazing car. Its the only super car I would want. RWD is how it should have been from the get go and leave awd to Audi. The engine sound is pure bliss. Also for volume adjustment you just need to put two fingers on the touch screen at and time and drag them upward or downward for desired volume levels. No menu diving to tune down the tunes.

No LSD, no care. I'll take a Civic SI or GLI over this tired and lacking formula from Hyundai. Take a corner and flow it in the manual and its an ugly mess.
2
Agree. So bland and cheap looking inside. Only a brainwashed Ford fanboy would be dumb enough to spend money on this. Embarrassing

The braking and transmission and transmission constantly shifting was poor and you can tell the old "that will do" method was used here. Also the Rouge has a camera review mirror. Not a big ordeal anymore. The Volvo XC40 is such a better vehicle inside and out. Cadillac interiors, as alway, look dull and plasticy. Hate the whiney black plastic. Then there is that crazy but MSRP. No idea why you would buy this. Leave it over in China. I'm pretty sure every GM vehicle has a different angle take on the infotainment screen. Pick one.

Nice job on this! Would love to see you get a chance to drive the McLaren 620R that just came out. I have to believe its sensory overload.

Roy Lichtinshtein i think if anyone of us was on camera we would realize we all have certain speech tendencies. No biggie.

@BrianMakse yeah. Im not saying its a replacement for a knob in anyway, but it's easier than digging through menus. My argument would be why the hell would you ever be listening to music in the car when you have the London Symphony playing behind you 😉

A beautiful car. I would be curious how this compares to a 812 SF on the road

Cannot wait for the heel toe video. Always love learning more ways

First time ive seen someone given a car and not use it in the video. Weird. Maybe i expect too much

So all style and no substance. The base model really wasn't a bad handler. Now it has an obnoxious wing. Too bad about that torque number as always. I mean the upcoming Mazda Miata, one of smallest manufacturers gave the engine 30 more hp on its first update. No excuse here from Toyota or Subaru other than them wanting the car to die off so they don't have to do anything
1
Really a shame that such a small car is so heavy. Hyundai/Kia really needs to focus on lowering the weight on all of its vehicles. 200lbs less and this would be perfection
1
I really loved my drive of the G70. I wanted the manual when buying mine, but wanted the 3.3TT engine. Unfortunately those two don't go together. I'm holding off for the update on this ,but loved the car. As you pointed out, it could be lighter as well, but that is about it
