  4.  Kai Ho  From what I've heard, Kermit was one of Jim Henson's oldest creations, harking back to an entirely different concept, so if he seems out of place, it's because he is. Ever take a careful look at his face? Kermit the Frog was originally designed to be more like a chameleon, complete with tail. He was sort of like a diabolical scientist conducting behavior experiments on hapless people.
