  16. Trump works precisely because he's not your normal politician, much less your normal Republican. He's the first president in my lifetime to even remotely challenge the status quo, and you see how badly that's scaring them to the point they're courting extremists and willing the destroy the country just to reassert their influence. Normal people want revenge, normal people want the status quo to really suffer for all this insanity. Normal people will vote Trump into office because The Left is going to riot anyway because they already are. Even in their echo chamber bubbles, they know they're going to lose & they're throwing a nationwide tantrum that will climax in a civil war.
