  2. This is a wonderful episode. All of my ancestors came from UK, Wales, Ireland, Scotland and yes...England. I watch your programs to get a sense for my ancestral homeland and this episode is especially interesting because it spans the island bringing much culture with it. So interesting. Brilliant, thank you Tony.

The REAL truth is that ancient people were much more widely traveled than previously accepted. In America is found evidence, supressed yes, but recorded non the less, that Egyptian adventurers did in fact, visit The Americas long ago.

When I consider these ancient civilizations and what is left beside for us to learn from, I realize how little would be left behind to tell of what we consider to be our modern civilization after thousands of years pass again. Think about it... our lives are not recorded in stone. Our lives are recorded on paper, video tape, plastic and such. All extremely vulnerable to the ravages of time. Staggeringly thought provoking.

  43. Apply Occsm's razor. Simplist, most reasonable answer to this mystery is likely the real answer. That being said, Ancient Egyptian Adventurers ventured to The Americas, very long ago, before Columbus. There is other evidence that backs this up. No, the academics DO NOT WANT OLD ESTABLISHED IDEAS OVERTURNED. Too darn bad I say. Any established, accepted theory is only supposed to stand until new evidence proves differently.

Maybe these Indigenous People learned that behavior from The Giants. It is also possible that cannibalism is far more prevalent than we wish to admit. You can feel the evil when you go there.
