  1. I understand that plumbing and septic tank is expensive indeed. But this is very different from US. Our grandparents had the type toilets you have at Dacha. But, it works, not many people using it. Totally fine. If you and Alex retire at Dacha, ive there year round, then you can expand Dacha house.
