  2. Sad you must pay to use cart. Ours are free to use & bigger so we buy more, lol. We also have motorized carts for handicapped. Im sure people have told you, such stores in US are Lowe's or Home Depot. Ours also allow dogs in store. Many older people take small dogs EVERYWHERE and should not leave them in hot cars. Yes, on line is often less expensive... Wonderful store.
