  1. Not true. Lyme infection can be present and bulls eye rash may or may not be present & for some patients the rash is not at site of bite. Blood tests may or may not be accurate as well, especially if a person is on or has taken antibiotics. A person can have Lyme and it can cause as many as 50 associated conditions, diagnoses. Lyme is far from straight forward.
