  9. @Tom Hublot - thank you for your Long Service & I hope you have Every Benefit that a person can gain from such dedication. Mostly I'm speaking about Mis-demeanor and folks that are living and working in the community who want to settle the score. Far as Higher Crimes, I just don't want people to linger for years and years while they are 'Innocent before they are Judged.' Sex Crimes would be a Higher Risk as would killers or Bank Robbers living in the area or not, but still they are INNOCENT till proven Guilty. the U.S. doesn't seem to have the SPEED in TRIALS that I think are necessary. I'd rather hire Judges to do more cases if that's what's needed than more police. Nothing against Cops, but I'm for HIRING Local Peace Keepers more than Police who live far from the people they patrol. I would love to see VETERANS given Homes in Communities or where communities begin and end to be OUR EYES and EARS and even our Militia Leaders. I'm from Small Business Community once and think it's part of the reason that communities were once as they were 50 60 years ago. IMHO, what I think has been a problem is that people believe they are entitled to a life like a Billionaire, but they have NO IDEA (nor do i) what that means really. In a Simpler time the Rich if they did crud we'd burn effigies of outside their windows or not shop at their stores, but today everything is shrouded in mystery whose in charge of it all & that makes it very difficult to change things Locally. Smaller is Better in a Democracy & that means having an access to those who cause grievance by deceit or mis-management are more likely to CHANGE if our Community Needs are Not Met. Okay... off the pulpit.
