  1. so, when i test my interoceptive/exteroceptive bias does "wandering mind"-mode count towards the former or the latter? if i can't easily focus on my physical inner self but neither am i drawn towards the outside world. it is kind of inner in the sense that these thoughts are part of mylef, however they aren't a part of me lying there in the moment so i'm wandering towards the exterior even though imaginary one? i'm confused.
