  1. the military comes from a dumber part of the population and the russian military is probably the dumbest there. you can't imagine depths of lowlifeness they recruit people from. and not only they are dumb, they are also immoral af to not only not turn their phones off, they'll post videos of them blowing up a civil car or a building from the tank to their social media just for giggles or make selfies with a stolen electronics or even toys.
