  1. when i see sugar i'm immediately tune out. there's no reason to voluntarily consume it pros and cons considered, at least refined added variety. here's a no sugar no flour recepie with no long baking. one banana mashed, one egg, roighly one table spoon of cocoa, one tea spoon of baking powder. cook 3-5 (depending on the amount of ingredients and you mw) minutes in the microwave until moist browny textured.
