  1. this is exactly the point of experiment part - you honestly tell people about crypto "irregularities", then pitch to them some random joke coin to see how ppl react. is this a ponzi shceme? yes. does he profit of it? yes. can you hold it against him being an open troll after he made all those crypto videos before? not sure.

  2.  @flowstategmng  he's to smart to go ti jail over this in my opinion. worst case scenario he buys all the tokens back 1 buck per token and that's it. so joke's on his herd still. which may be funny to some.
