  1. coffee makers is really a bad example - when you search cm you most likely want to buy one so store links are arguably is what you're looking for. because if you eventually get to an "organic" result such as amazon you're shopping for the same brands for the same prices often from the same sellers even as in those ads. however, if you were to search for best cm or how to choose a cm and then got to one of those generic listickle sites then you would get compromised and misleading paid for ratings with zero disclosure. that's much more harmful.
