9:25 this is bs argument. we aren't counting "holes" in the ground. it's all about the volume. reinforced concrete is very strong and being versatile it mean more strength for less volume especially on longer spans. concrete columns, beams and slabs are often pretty fine all things considered. so at the end of the day it's irrelevant how many holes if they in total are smaller than one huge hole.

@sumantchaskar49 one company or many is irrelevant since the volume dictates the amount of machinery and manhours needed to produce it. in fact I would rather have many companies competing with each other than one dictating the price. then there's logistics - you can buy and deliver any amount of either cement/sand or concrete with default mass market trucks on any type of roads or settlements and you can end up with any construction you need be that 3m columns or 10m beam or 200 sq m slab or whatever. also you can pour it with generic pump. with stone it's not so easy. then there's a matter of engineering - you may be ok with cheaper weak concrete for one type of goals and you may want some very strong one at a price for others or you may need some specific qualities such as resistance to freezing or water or whatever. you can fine tune it easily and extremely reliably with industrial concrete. and you can even mix it yourself. you just can't work with stone that easily past the quarry. the prison comparison I am not sure is that relevant here.
