@techtt6213 idk, man. i expect to get paid as much as i personally can squeez out of them and since i also think this amount is directly related to my personal qualities i expect this to be more than my peers get. in fact i know this to be true - every time i tried to pressure my employers to pay way more than they do on average they went along. everyone should get as much as they can get and it has little if anything to do with how much someone else get for their work.
