i used to own one of these mp3 cd players back in the day, though i quickly swtiched to usb stick based mp3 player that served me well for many years until phones with mp3 players came out. if fact there's still a half stack of empty dvd-r discs lying around somewhere. and i still have some of those og mp3 files (some even worse than 128kbps) dating back to mid 2000s in my phone right now.
