Totalitarian regimes like Hitler's are really rare, but yeah the NS ideology claims TOTAL CONTROL for TOTAL ARYAN VICTORY TOTALITARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYAAAAAAAAAAAN hope it gets a sick laugh the ideology is so batshit cray cray that you can really only make sense of it as just one in a panoply of militarist and authoritarian regimes in competition for global hegemony against liberalism.
