Inflation is higher during this term because we're riding out the wake of a global Pandemic--something we'll be doing for a few more years (and something that'd be less of a problem if the right wasn't constantly spreading misinformation about vaccines and masks). 2.) Trump's Tarriff plan will raise prices on everything everywhere. That's a 10-20% increase in prices on every good coming from anywhere, INCLUDING OUR ALLIES. I am all for giving China a hard time... but our own allies? 3.) The "immigration crisis", as you understand it, is completely manufactured. There are problems with the immigration system--namely that it currently cannot keep up with the volume of LEGAL immigration, as well as pre-existing issues about how hard legal immigration actually is. However, these aren't the issues the right is talking about, because it's easier to fear-monger about Hatians eating pets or Venezuelans occupying Aurora, both of which have been proven to be LIES. For the record, the right realized that people were getting bored of being afraid of trans people, so they defaulted back on immigration to win easy votes. They are trying to play into your fears so that you vote Trump (and his Heritage Foundation goons) into power.
