  1. So, here is how it will work. The Government will make it economically impossible to be able to run an ICE car forcing everyone into BEV's. The electrical blackouts caused by too many people charging EV's will be the excuse they need to restrict vehicle use to a select few. Goal achieved; no free movement, full control.
