I guess senior leaders are tired of being dictated. The same Anand Sharma, when he was a union minister, wouldn't mind waiting for a couple of hours outside RG's room. It's a bit complicated for me. Can Sharma, Azad or Sibal win a CWC election today? No. So, why are they pushing for it? I think they don't mind being Gandhi family flag-bearers, provided there is a sense of attachment to the flag and there are incentives/ rewards. There are none at this point of time

Hi Himangka, it may take me a couple of decades to have his delivery skills, if at all. Having said that, I must admit I need to improve a lot in this area. Thank you so much for writing.

Hope you could spare some time to watch it

Thank you for writing in. Towards/against! Godi media/Libtards! I don't think of these terms when I start writing or speaking. You, too, may not want me to do that.

As far as I know the Congress hasn't had any internal discussion on this issue but I need to dig a little deeper.

Agree, absolutely. But please understand my constraint: Keep your mouth shut (on issues you don't know much about) and let people think that you are a fool than open it and prove them right

I don't know what you think about that school of journalism, Sir. But I can vouch for my colleague. She is one of the best we have. She is one of the most intelligent and objective journalists in a very complex world of journalism in Maharashtra. May I request you to read and listen to her a bit more? I am sure you will change your opinion.

I did but not in this #PoliticallyCorrect show. I did several #PoliticalAdda shows on Manipur but I mostly talked with experts with domain knowledge.Frankly, given that I didn't visit Manipur during this turmoil and depended on my colleagues for second-hand knowledge, I never felt confident of doing my own show on this. But my colleagues at ThePrint didi a brilliant job. I hope you liked their shows.

Hi, sorry for my late reply. Yes, running parties as proprietary concerns should be the issue, not just about someone belonging to a political family. Unfortunately, all parties have become proprietary nowadays, given how party workers and leaders, except a chosen few, have no say in who becomes their party president at the national level or in states. Even CMs are decided by the high command and then thrust on MLAs. I was covering the Democratic primaries in the US in 2008 when Obama and Clinton were fighting it out. Since then I have been thinking when and how our political system will become so mature. But at 75 we haven't done badly at all. I am very happy about our democratic processes taking firm roots. Things will improve sooner than later.

Thanks for writing, Ayush. Noone is denying the fact that Sisodia has done a good job with the school infrastructure. As for the quality of education, it was always good. Many of my batchmates in the university came from these schools and they have done pretty well in life. But, yes, if the AAP develops a Punjab model, it'll be a good thing and we'll celebrate it.

All I was saying in that video was the fact that BJP CMs were trying to emulate Yogi. I was just stating a fact. I wasn't trying to be judgemental.
