  1. Same here for over 45 years, no one has ever changed my oil but me. My assumption has always been that the kid changing my oil was probably flipping burgers the day before. Amd is a great guy and has been doing other services to my 2 Lexus's since he opened his shop.

  3. He probably won't have time to answer you so maybe I can help. I've been a client of his since he opened his shop. 1. He'd recommend an OEM Toyota filter and probably whatever brand of oil you like. I use Mobil 1 and he said that was ok. He highly recommends oil changes at 6 months or 5,000 miles, no exceptions. 2. Coolant/ transmission fluid changes per his recommended intervals in some of his older vids. 3. Whatever gas is recommended on your gas cap is what you should use. If it doesn't mention premium then don't spend the extra money for it because it will be worthless. Hope this helps and check out his older vids for info you might need. Proud 2 Lexus owner fan here!

  4. Might be a good idea for the client to send that estimate to corporate Lexus along with the MSRP prices. Nothing would get done but, at least they'd be aware of that dealership. This will be the last time I get my Tesla's oil change at the dealer! 😄

  9. My local Toyota dealer is $10 on that A1 filter carry out and Lexus next door to it is $14 for the same filter. I purchased several A1's direct from Bell Lexus Scottsdale for just over $4 a piece. There's a reason dealership owners have yachts and planes. Mobil 1 0w20 is $34 for a 6 pack @ Costco. Be wise as serpents folks!
