  2.  @TheZombifiedFairy  the part he got stuck on was a tiny, TINY part of the have system that could easily have been blocked off and the facility of the rest of the system retained. Actually a have where someone died as was made safe is probably far safer than the alternatives, this is how over reaction can actually make people LESS safe in the long run as well as losing the unique facility.

  5.  @TheZombifiedFairy  It is delayed because my print is that it works not have been closed and the mechanism by which it is classed is due to possible ownership of natural resources, this isn't that complicated.
