Sugar is terrible for British democracy, most recently because when foreign money was used to push Brexshit to stop British farmers growing sugar beet instead cane sugar paid CERTAIN British politicians to push for Brexshit even though this inevitably caused great impoverishment to British farmers and reduces tax receipts to the British government to pay for services. Now the only thing Britain had a growth in is food banks. Shameful
