  3.  @Squee_666_9  Is it the governments fault though? The county has dropped the ball.. You'd think that the fire department has been keeping an eye out for this place and maybe the social services? Pest control? I'd imagine the neighbors calling every day to the police or someone..

  8.  @RLaraMoore  The other woman was 70yo..? Isn't there some sort of social services for people that age? And obviously that situation is a mental health problem, affecting the whole neighborhood.. in my country, the women would have been taken to get evaluated and then to a care home, if they didn't sort that mess out in the time given..
