In other words, in what conditions does that makes newer styles the next buildings and principles on top of the pile of "traditional architecture", tried and proven, and continue the millenium long process of new ideas into new horizons doing so? Are soviet blocks a form of traditionnal urbanism with modern buildings? What is a relatively newer style like Art Deco's place in such a vision? So many things that could be talked about...
