@Philljag The last major call made by US intelligence was that Russia was going to invade Ukraine - and that was spot on. You should re-evaluate your scepticism.

@Philljag Not it wasn't. The first suggestions that Russia was planning an invasion emerged in the November before the February invasion.

@SM-fk5or You may recall that following the invasion various pits were excavated on the belief that WMDs had been buried. There was also a trailer (or lorry, can't remember which) that was suspected of being connected with them because it was the kind of vehicle Iraq had moved randomly around the country to simulate the hiding of such weapons. The intelligence was wrong, nobody disputes that, but there are reasons as to why it was incorrect.

@BOZ_11 So you are saying Iraq should have had them to avoid invasion??? Also, North Korea, apparently has nukes, nobody suggested Iraq did. The kind of WMD may be a factor as is geography. I agree Iraq had no role in 9/11 - I never claimed they did.
