  8.  @Habib_Osman  That's not true, we know that the there is an 'I S. in Khorosan' operating in Afghanistan. They have already carried out a number of terrorist attacks using suicide bombers and are opposed to the Taliban. Although we cannot say for certain it was they who carried out this attack, they are certainly the most likely culprits based and on previous attacks.
