  1.  @Minnvin  No, the Ukrainians are not using civilians as a "shield", that is one of Putin's propaganda farts. Putin's forces have surrounded Kharkiv, which is Ukraine's second largest city. As a city there are naturally civilians there. They are not a "shield," they live there. If the Russian forces went back to their own country then the civilians wouldn't be in any danger now, would they?
