Curcumin is a good idea, I take it daily with other supplements also including Vitamin C, D3, zinc, quercetin, K2, magnesium, melatonin, CoQ10, krill, and NAC. No vaccines for me, but I do have ivermectin in the cupboard.. in case ;)

Maybe, but not a huge amount. My grandma and mother both had it (undiagnosed), two of my sisters, my husband also and youngest daughter (she was diagnosed at age 32). We had quality farm food including chemical free vegetables and fruit, raw milk, grass fed beef, free range chicken eggs, no GMO, low sugar, no food colour and no packaged food. There may be some environmental contributing elements but in my family and others, there's a clear genetic link. Our doctors said the same.
