  5. I had direct exposure for 2 hours with my symptomatic daughter who thought she had a light cold but tested positive that evening. I was on supplements, FLCCC style, but I took extra in case, plus black seed oil. I never caught it, never developed symptoms and tested twice (day 3, day 4). I had embraced my daughter hello and good bye, had lunch with her at a restaurant at a small table and we chatted in her vehicle for an hour afterwards.

  11.  @debihester7284  I'm not good at following rules ;) Especially where my health is concerned.. that's why I'm totally healthy, not on drugs and I'm 66 (not had covid either). Good food, real food and some useful supplements is all you need.
