  2. Wow, good for you, doing all the right things for your health!! I would add K2mk7 as well as your magnesium for your cardiovascular system. I bet you had asymptomatic covid and now have immunity. DO NOT take a covid vaccine and not flu either!

  3.  @amazinggracemessenger3435  Excellent! I do much the same and have been taking vitamin C for many decades and D3 about 12 years. I regularly get my blood levels checked for vitamin D to stay in the optimal range, not minimal. I take all the key supplements and have added zinc and quercetin since covid. I bought a far infrared sauna about 10 years ago when I got some back pay, and that was such a great investment, perfect during our Canadian winter! I've never had a flu shot either and I'm 64. Why would I? I've never had flu!!😉🤫 I too avoid red meat and carbs as much as possible and I drink 72 oz, mostly spring water and some herbal tea. About 60% of my diet is vegetables with some fruit. Only a little alcohol about once in 2 weeks. I hike everyday about 70-90 minutes, year round.
