Just take 1,000 mgs vitamin C three x a day and 5,000 mgs vitamin D and you'll be fine. Keep some oil of oregano gel caps on hand and start taking them at the very first sign of symptoms or if you had contact with an infected person.

@givememore4free Well I've never had flu in my entire life, you? I rarely get sick, I went 3-4 years at a time without taking a sick day but I started using them as I was tired of picking up the slack at work for the others, for decades. I'm retired now. I take zero drugs and all my tests come back without any issues.

@givememore4free If you're not interested in this useful information, so be it. I'm betting many more seniors will find it to be of benefit given that there's no "cure" for Covid-19.
