@engc4953 I greatly appreciate your kind response and information! Natural health works wonders in the majority of issues!

We don't wear them 24/7🙄

@JnTmarie You're the one spreading fear lol. Talk to someone who works in advertising for Pharma and you might learn something. And the notion that this industry is in any way altruistic is the biggest joke I've ever heard. All vaccine manufacturerers are convicted felons, they all have several court judgements against them for knowingly causing harm and continuing to do so due to large profit margins surpassing settlement payouts. Just look at Merck and Vioxx. The CDC spends the vast majority of their budget on advertising and a small portion on safety studies. The CDC holds 57 vaccine patents. And now we have covid vaccines, created by an indemnified industry in Warp Speed no less, without published safety data, no long term studies either of course and sanctioned via emergency use authorization .. what could go wrong?

@midassnap9028 Covid is a strain of H1N1, not a variant. Note: time cannot be compressed and so therefore, we have no idea of the long term effects of these vaccines as there is no data.

@evangelineahad5537 Oh there are more than a few alternatives. Intravenous vitamin C (see the work of Andrew Weber, pulmonologist, in Long Island) is one, ivermectin is another. covid19criticalcare.com

Masks are worn by most people for a very short time for heaven's sake. And the payoff is reduced transmission. Though mask use clearly isn't perfect, at the very least if you interact with a covid positive person, your viral load as well as your level of illness will be lower.

Young immigrants learn to be self sufficient earlier and often try harder at school in order to fit in due to necessity. Decades ago there were no ESL classes, it was sink or swim. I was doing my father's business taxes from the age of 16 and I put myself through university.

@engc4953 Hello, from Ontario! I was just at my local health store, checking out the aloe products and also thinking to get an aloe plant, lol.
3
Personally, I will not be taking any of the covid vaccines
3
Oh I hope there's not a Covid -29, lol

Does tea tree oil eliminate the enzymes that make NO?

Maia, depends your age! The older you are, the less your skin is able to convert the sunshine. And it depends where you live. Get your serum D levels checked and go from there. A Naturopath or functional medicine Dr. and/or a good book on vitamin D will guide you as to preferred levels, which are much higher than standard medicine will tell you. Even the deplorable Dr Fauci takes 6,000 iu daily. Take K2mk7 plus magnesium with it.

@kreyolqueen2279 Lack of smell and taste indicates low zinc.. take 40 mgs zinc/day til smell and taste returns.. AND NO COFFEE!!

@aquarionh2o132 Yes, I've seen this video and there have been various follow up stories about how she's doing (some saying she's dead, others that she's back at work doing well) so I'm not sure what to believe. But clearly the adverse events incidents are being scrubbed or not allowed in the msm.
2
Oh interesting.. can it also encourage regeneration of gum tissue?
2
Valerie, greetings from York Region 😎

@gregoryludkovsky5185 Do you have any insights as to better options? I do mouth breathe at night and hope not to need a CPAP in future.
2
And those pills are prescribed due to the results of poor diet ie excess carbs
2
I do deep breathing in the forest daily, while I hike.
2
It's also a very helpful way to prevent droplet transmission and limit aerosolized viral particles to be distributed. It brings transmission rates down and the levels of virus dissemination so that even if a person gets infected, it's at a lower level. Masks do the same for the wearer but to a lesser extent. Most of us don't need to wear them often or for long periods so it's not really a great hardship is it?

In Canada you can buy NO supplements so I assume Amazon would be a source. These foods help in the production of NO: beets and their greens, arugula, watermelon and pistachio.
2
Excellent.. I would add Dr Zack Bush's 4 minute excersize, this increases NO.. so does humming, especially out in nature
2
I have a colloidal silver nasal spray 😉 Plus a big bottle of it for oral use.
2
@Anita Martini So why even respond? You sound angry, better start some deep breathing 😉
2
@Anita Martini I didn't say I disagree with some of your points, but Anita, you are quick to anger and indeed, rather rude.
2
@glockgrandma2517 I could care less what you do or how sick you get or which one of your family members dies, gasping for breath while you watch outside the hospital window. I wear a mask (an N95) and keep distance etc to protect myself. And I take key supplements but will not take any of the experimental vaccines.
2
@gregoryludkovsky5185 If so, you're lacking NAC and vitamin A and probably C, plus are likwly low in serum D
1
@gregoryludkovsky5185 Go off of all caffeine until symptoms are gone
1
@JnTmarie Btw, the dear Dr Fauci hasn't treated any covid patients and is invested in Pharma. He is a Gilead spokesperson for god's sake.
1
Miriam, excellent post! Anyone who wants to learn about effective covid treatment should go to the website of these frontline specialists: covid19criticalcare.com
1
Do you have a link for the information on the C19 vaccines adverse events numbers? I would love to be able to share that in comments bc I too reasoned that for the majority of people, the vaccines present greater risk than covid does.
1
There are. Also turmeric with fresh ground pepper plus omega 3 from krill oil will also help. I would look into taking serrapeptase as well.
1
I question the lack of side effects of viagra. I mean, it can't be good for the liver.
1
Look into serrapeptase for prevention of brain issues
1
It's common practice among those who don't have English as a first language. Be kind.
1
Fluoride also disrupts your microbiome
1
Serrapeptase is a good preventative for Alzheimer's/dementia and also for atherosclerosis
1
There's trials on going using fecal transplants showing great success. In the meantime, see a Naturopath.
1
I doubt it bc most of it you spit out.
1
How are you today? And your friend?
1
Adequate vitamin D is needed also
1
@stephenmair9023 Ummmm.. wearing a mask for 30 min once or twice a week to grocery shop is not going to harm you. What are you suggesting, people wear the same unwashed mask 24/7?🙄 Surgeons and nurses etc are not harmed by wearing them (fresh ones each time) for hours every day all year long. For decades.
