  2. Look at The China Study.. large study done over a period of decades. Look at the cancer rates, Alzheimer's etc. You need to reassess your diet.

  3. Yes! There's also camelina oil and algae oil (both ok with heat) and sacha inchi oil, with omega 3.. not common, found in some health stores or online

  4. The harsher language may turn off some ppl, especially those with very entrenched habits. For many if not most of us making better choices is a long, slow process. Avoid is appropriate.

  6. I soak beans and lentils with 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar per cup of water. The instant pot also neutralizes lectins.

  8. I've grown the plants too, then dried the leaves, which taste much better than the stevia powder. I started using oats and oat flour, almond meal/flour, whole spelt and einkorn flour in baking with date paste, banana, applesauce and coconut sugar. Not perfect but beats anything in the store.
