  2. I've been testing my serum D for over 17 years (paid for most of these) and I keep it in the optimal range (higher than John) so I knew I'd likely be ok with covid. I never took any shots and took supplements instead. Low and behold, I never caught covid though I had direct exposure to a symptomatic family member at least once. I'm 67.

  3. There have been others. I've been aware of D/immune and cancer connection for years and I bought a book on D by a Toronto doctor after his lecture, which I attended. I've been testing my blood levels for 17 years. We cannot trust government or health officials with our health. Prevention and natural health modalities are vital. For example 60-70% of cancer is preventable. It's higher for heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Even dementia is linked to metabolic syndrome (too high carb intake/insulin resistance).

  4. At one time it was free in Ontario, some years ago, when the research was published showing low D = colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate and probably more. And after a time it was no longer covered (except for some health conditions) but you can get it upon request easily and costs only $35 + tax.
