  4. I won't ever get a Covid vaccine. They can experiment on others, not on me. Proper safety testing requires at least 5 years, there's no such thing as "warp speed" where safety is concerned. Many drugs are taken off the shelf that have been out longer than that.

  12. L-Lysine works. 1,500 mgs twice a day and up to 2,000 (2x/day) for a larger person or intense symptoms. Caffeine must be eliminated as well, until symptoms totally resolve.

  13. Jessica, I too found it strange to read about all these removals of female parts, HRT, early menopause.. it's shocking really. I had an uneventful menopause, a few hot flashes but nothing I couldn't cope with. There are many excellent natural products available to deal with unwanted symptoms. I'm wondering how many of these surgeries and courses of HRT are truly necessary?? 💰💰💰

  21. Allow me:. I take 4,000 mgs vitamin C (timed release with bioflavonoids), 5,000 iu vitamin D (blood levels checked annually) and 30 mgs zinc. That's not all. I take iodine, resveratrol, K2, magnesium, krill oil, msm and a mineral complex. My health is extraordinary. Everything from bp to triglycerides to blood sugar to bone density is in the optimal range. I hike daily year round (in York Region). I've never had a flu vaccine.. and I've never had flu. I have no intention of taking any Covid vax should one be developed. If I contract this virus I will take 1,500 mgs L-Lysine twice a day and eliminate caffeine. I'm 64.
