  1.  @williamswenson5315  In Ontario today a vaccinated father had his 13 year old daughter die and her vaccinated nurse mother is in hospital struggling with covid. Don't let your guard down if you're vaccinated, you can still acquire, pass on, or die from covid.

  5. Depending your age and weight, that seems low. I'm 64, normal wt and I take 5,000 iu which keeps me in the optimal range
