  4. I know Mona I'm just saying what I love. When I think of the experiences I've had that were so awesome it brings me some calmness. Every day, I hike in the forest, rain or shine, 32C or -20 and it helps me. I'm under tremendous stress due to my daughter's struggles. My lovely youngest daughter deals with depression/anxiety as a result of 3 separate traumatic experiences in her life, prior to age 20. She has started therapy recently and it's helping. She finds when she's alone too much she feels worse and it's better when someone's around even when she doesn't want company or stays separate. Also really useful is the amino acid L-theonine as it assists the body in making GABA.
