  1. I take 5,000 iu and I never get sick. I get my levels checked regularly and I have much higher blood levels than this gentleman. I've never had flu, nor have I ever had a flu vaccine. I also take 4,000 mgs vitamin C. At 63, I have excellent bone density, blood pressure, blood sugar and triglyserides. Not on any drugs. I WILL NEVER TAKE A COVID VACCINE, which will be tested on the population should they ever design one. It's called "post marketing surveillance". No one was ever held to account after the H1N1 vaccine scandal from 2009.

Vitamins and masks aren't looked at because polititians are supported by the pharmaceutical industry, which also pays for most media advertising (thereby controlling the information being disseminated), and who will reap massive profits from the vaccines they're getting paid to develop. There are no natural treatments and preventative treatments allowed. They won't even take a look at the huge success using hydroxichloroquinine, let alone the incredible results using high dose intravenous vitamin C (being used in 5 clinical trials). Our only option is to self educate.

  4. I have my blood levels of D checked regularly to be sure I'm at the higher range and my doctor has told me that I'm the healthiest in her practice. I take that as a compliment given that I'm 63. I've never had flu for example (nor a flu shot) and colds occur for c. 3 days, every few years. That's unusual in Canada. You would need to ingest a very high amout of C for it to be problematic.. worst that would happen is diarrhea.
