  1. Take a lot of vitamin C for several days Pirjo, I recommend 5,000-7,000 mgs in divided doses, also 5,000-7,000 iu of vitamin D, both for at least one week. After about 10 days you can drop to 4,000 daily. Here in Canada a nasty person was ignoring the requests of a young convenience store clerk and deliberately coughed on the cash he flung on the counter to pay for his purchase while being very rude to him. He probably regretted this because police were able to learn who he was using the security footage and he was charged!!😉
