@Mr-Safology I take 5,000. A doctor friend takes 7,000 and a retired 94 year old cardiologist I know takes, 10,000 iu D3. Daily.

The MSM are largely Pharma sponsored (the advertisement in north America is particularly telling) and you won't learn anything about inexpensive, effective treatments or preventative measures. THEY WANT TO PROFIT FROM VACCINES, it's rather obvious. That's why there's never any reporting on the vaccine adverse events, such as the rollout of Dengvaxia vaccine in 2017 that killed 600 children in the Philippines.

Exactly. I definitely will skip all of them.

Some years ago I attended a lecture given by a pathologist who said that well over 90% of deceased individuals who had cancer are vitamin D deficient.

Yes, but you need more. I'm not obese, 64 years old, and I take 5,000 iu daily to stay in the optimal range per my annual blood testing. You may need more. An MD I know (who treats with high dose D3) takes 10,000 iu himself. He's about my age and 180cm and 220 lbs.

I take gel caps that contain a little olive oil. I take 5,000 iu daily and a doctor I know takes 10,000. He also treats people with high dose D3. Another 94 year old retired cardiologist I'm aware of also takes 10,000 iu. I have my blood monitored (it costs $35 in Ontario) and my levels are in the optimal range.

@Victoria-xs6fw I did. When I go in for my annual physical, I ask her to include a D level check on the blood work requisition and she does. You just pay the fee for that at the lab.

Don't take it

The disinfectant Trump was talking about was probably hydrogen peroxide. Some people take it internally for cancer treatment and more.

If people knew that, they would not only not take a covid vaccine, they'd skip the flu vax too! That's what I do 😉

Me too

I take 5,000 iu and get my blood tested yearly. I need that much to stay in the optimal range. I'm 64 and very healthy. I know an MD who takes 10,000 and also a 94 year old retired cardiologist who takes 10,000. People over 60 need more than 2,000. Remember, Fauci takes 6,000 iu.

Absolutely. And so much more! If people knew of the cheap pre-hospitalization treatments for covid out there that could save hundreds of thousands of people, they'd be rather angry.
