  1. I LOVE this! My new GP is astonished that at age 67 my health is so good and I'm free of all drugs. It's not rocket science, I'm doing what you're doing mostly (I'm not great with keto but I keep trying) and I do a Mediterranean diet for the most part. I believe it's highly significant that I've only had 3 shots; small pox, polio and tetanus. I did have most of the childhood illnesses and that's what I attribute to my strong immunity. I didn't get the covid shots and didn't catch covid though I had direct exposure.

  5. I've had no covid shots.. in fact, I've only had the small pox, polio and tetanus shots and I'm very healthy at 67.. no covid either. I did wear masks in the beginning because I did opposite what the "authorities" told us to do LOL.
