  1. Take lots of vitamin C, 10,000 mgs in divided doses throughout the day. Drink at least 2.5 litres of water and herb tea. A 48 hour fast also helps. If your vitamin D level is optimal, you'll be fine.

  2. Your 3 vaccines have weakened your immune system unfortunately and as Dr Campbell says, these shots were developed for the original strain and don't prevent Omicron infection or severity. Good luck to you.
