  1. I'm 66 and take these supplements plus quercetin, K2, magnesium, melatonin and NAC. Have had no shots and no covid and stopped masking this year March. I also regularly see my children and grandchildren.

  2. Interestingly, I've never had a flu shot either and have never had flu. Interesting how good health habits foster a strong immune system isn't it?

  3. My friend's mom, then 97, entered a care home in fall of 2019 and was given the required flu and shingles shots which nearly killed her. Doctors said no more shots including the covid ones that came out 14 months later. She caught covid January 2021 and breezed through and is alive today, albeit with dementia, the cause of her requiring the placement in the care home.

  7.  @raytrevor1  In Canada, 95% of those those in hospital have had their shots and at least one booster. And they are predominantly the elderly with comorbidities, just as it was prior to vaccines.

  8.  @raytrevor1  The point is: the Vs are not needed at all for under age 60, and above that, only if there's significant comorbidities. Omicron is the true V, and that which is slowly taking us out of this "pandemic". Do a search on the product called SaNOtize.. ask yourself why this hasn't been fast tracked.

  11.  @dannyconnaughton4968  I agree with your integrative approach. I really wish our Canadian health system covered Naturopathic doctors as well as Nutritionists and Chiropractors. Some of us with additional health benefits do at least receive some (but little).

  12.  @raytrevor1  When you look at the unvaccinated populations, a very different picture on the utility of shots is painted. Look at the Baduy community in Indonesia, 13,000 people and 0.5% vaccinated, no masks or social distancing... ZERO deaths
