@nancygrogan6082 Yes, there's a few, the magnesium L-threonate is the most costly but in my view well worth it. High silica water helps rove aluminum, so that's an Alzheimer's preventative and there's coconut oil, great for neurological conduction.

@looneytoons2878 I combine the information and testing I get from allopathic medicine with what I know and continue to learn about natural health. I favour supplements and natural treatments where possible and it has served me well. Fortunately I'm not on any drugs at age 66. The surgeon did an excellent job on my hip replacement. There was no way around it and believe me, I explored all options including stem cell treatment. I recovered very quickly though as I exercise regularly, even leading up to the surgery (as best I could) and needed pain meds only ONE day.

@nancygrogan6082 I find that magnum is very helpful as this mineral is lacking in soils and if you're deficient your moods can be greatly impacted. I use magnesium L-Threonate as this one is best for our brains.

@kerrymartin7557 There are sunscreens with non-harmful ingredients, mineral based, at the health store. Get the best there is for peace of mind. 15-20 minutes of exposure per day between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm provides the optimal sun's rays and this is fine for most people.

@triholl Why do you have sardines if you don't like them? I don't either so I take krill oil capsules. Another good idea is Islandic canned cod liver. It tastes great ( unlike other types) as long as you consume it within a few days.

Dr Campbell no longer wearing his various shirts?

Do you still hate the sardines?

@triholl Great observations! It's a challenge finding a good family doctor, especially now, in Canada. The good ones listen, are open to new information, and are not dismissive, which we females often experience.
