I'm so happy I didn't listen to his advice about these safe and effective products and listened instead to my gut instinct that said don't take anything experimental. It helps that I've been interested in natural health and sound health habits for decades so it was easy to taylor supplements for greater immune support. I've been monitoring my serum D levels for 17 years. And I still haven't had covid. Dodged a bullet for sure.. and no scientific background, I'm just a retired 67 yr old!!
