  3. That's not enough, unless you're under age 5. I take 5,000 to keep my levels optimal and have had my serum D level checked a number of times to be sure. As a senior our bodies don't absorb as much plus overweight people store the D in their fat and that's why the obese have such a hard time with covid.. they're low in D3.

  10. Your obesity rate is too high. Shut down fast food businesses and ban junk food, soda and milk (that's inflammatory) and transfat. Take vitamins and excersise. The US has a high population of Blacks and Hispanics who are most vulnerable due to lack of D mostly, plus poor diet.

  11. He came to the herd immunity idea quite late, Sweden is way ahead. The major mistake made by most is not looking after the care homes properly and the hard lockdowns causing so much harm. An aerosolized virus cannot be contained and this is why the CDC was avoiding informing the public this is happening.

  23.  @jaredbrandt9602  Quality vegetables are very expensive and they aren't laced with glyphosate nor are they genetically modified. If you think you're "eating healthy" you may be in for a shock once you have your blood analyzed for toxins. Even mother's milk now contains glyphosate. The food industry doesn't even provide accurate labels for what's in your bread or milk or anything they produce. Most people don't know how contaminated their drinking water is (Flint does have a bit of a clue), or that every kind of drug (legal or not) that people take can be found in tap water.

Going against major corporation's interests is a thankless and very costly task. Jared, even a good water filter doesn't remove the fluoride or drug residue in water unless it's a reverse osmosis system. Yes, good organic food, mostly plants, does wonders for human health. The legal drug pushers aren't fully at fault, their medical programs and texts are financially supported by pharma via grants and funding to the universities, so unless you see a Naturopath, your doctors have been trained to manage health only by prescription.

  26. The West knows. The goal is different, it is to allow the Pharma industry and their shareholders to profit from mandatory vaccines. Pharma is the main contributor to campaign funds and the major advertiser in the mainstream media.

  28. People don't like the look and the discomfort. In the West, we're not used to it. Also, Americans don't readily do what authorities say unless there's good reason. This is a nation that allows gun ownership including some States where you're allowed to openly carry a firearm.
